Notary Agnieszka Baran
I like to know who came and for what reason, see the client, listen to them, and be available to people, fully understanding their needs. I value direct contact and trust, which cannot be built any other way than by offering my time and attention. This is how I work, and it gives me a lot of satisfaction.
The first time I visited a notary was right after graduating high school when I needed a copy of my diploma. I was greeted and assisted by a person from the office’s secretariat. The whole process took no more than 15 minutes. At the time, I did not think about the visit’s progress, how I was served. I just took care of the matter, and that was the most important thing to me.
Now, after years of working in a notary’s office, I can analyze and evaluate that situation. Although everything went very professionally, for example, I did not have the pleasure of meeting, let alone seeing the notary himself. He sat behind closed doors, unavailable.
Different styles of work, different approaches to the client
When I already knew that I wanted to practice as a notary and gained the necessary knowledge under the supervision of experienced notaries, I had the opportunity to observe the functioning of several notary offices “from the inside.” The notaries leading them represented different styles of work and different approaches to the client.
I value direct contact and trust
From these different experiences gained over the years, my own vision of the notary’s work and goals in building relationships with clients of the office, as well as the quality of services provided to them, have emerged. I like to know who came and for what reason, see the client, listen to them, and be available to people, fully understanding their needs. I value direct contact and trust, which cannot be built any other way than by offering my time and attention. This is how I work, and it gives me a lot of satisfaction.
